UI/UX Design

UI/UX design that removes friction

Start a conversation

When people struggle to find what they need, fill in a form or complete a task, they rarely complain. They simply leave. Good user experience design is often invisible, yet it decides whether a website or product feels effortless or frustrating.

Our UI/UX work starts with understanding users: their goals, their context and where they get stuck. We turn that understanding into clear structures, intuitive flows and polished interfaces that make complex things feel simple.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design focuses on how something works: structure, flows and ease of use. UI design focuses on how it looks and feels: layout, typography, colour and interactive elements. Good products need both.

Which tools do you use?

We design and prototype primarily in Figma, which makes collaboration and developer handoff straightforward.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes, where the project allows. Usability testing, even with a small number of users, reveals problems that are hard to spot internally.

Can you improve the UX of an existing product?

Yes. A UX audit identifies the biggest usability issues, and we then prioritise improvements based on impact and effort.
